238. Procedure at sale.
(1)Subject to the provisions of the Act and rules, every sale shall be held by the Liquidator by an agent or an auctioneer approved by the Tribunal, and subject to such terms and conditions, if any, as may be approved by the Tribunal.(2)All sales shall be made by public auction or by inviting sealed tenders or in such manner as the Member may direct.
