Section 10(2) in Arunachal Pradesh (Land Settlement and Records) Act, 2000
(2)All roads side trees which have been planted and reared by or under the orders or at the expense of the Government and all trees which have been planted and reared at the expense of local authorities by the side of any road belonging to the Government vest in the Government.
