Section 30(1) in Bihar Minerals (Concession, Prevention of Illegal Mining, Transportation & Storage) Rules, 2019
(1)In case of mining within restricted area or mining sand beyond a depth of 3 meters, a penalty of Rs. One Lakh shall be imposed by the Col lector against the settlee for a first time violation.
