83. Non-agricultural assessment of lands to be determined on basis of their non-agricultural use and having regard to urban and non-urban areas.
- The non-agricultural assessment of lands shall be determined with reference to the use of the land for non-agricultural purpose and having regard to urban and non-urban areas in which the lands are situated; and shall be determined and levied in accordance with the provisions of this Chapter.
