65. Result of election where there is only one validly nominated candidate.
(1)If there is only one validly nominated candidate for the office of President, he shall be declared forthwith as having been elected for the office of President in Form-24 and a certificate of election in Form-26 shall be issued to him.(2)If more than one validly nominated candidate for the office of President is there, election shall be conducted.Election of President
