18. Secretary.
(1)The Secretary of the Institute appointed under section 17 shall act as the Secretary of the Governing Council, the Senate, and such committees as may be assigned by the Governing Council or Managing Director.(2)He shall also Act as member Secretary of the Standing Committee on Audit and Accounts
