(2)It shall be the duty of the Chairman-(i)to attend every meeting of the Board unless prevented by sickness or other reasonable cause;(ii)to exercise supervision and control over the Acts and proceedings of all officers and servants of the Board in matters of executive administration, and in matters concerning the accounts and records of the Board; and(iii)subject to the regulations made under Sections 20 and 95 and to the Schedule for the time being in force prepared and sanctioned under Section 18, to dispose of all matters relating to the service of the officers and servants of the Board, and their pay, privileges and allowances :Provided that, subject to the approval of the Beard, the Chairman may delegate all or any of his duties to the Vice Chairman or any other Trustee or officer or servant of the Board as he may, from time to time, consider fit.Chapter-III Officers and servants other than the Chairman and Vice-Chairman
