Section 11(2) in The Maharashtra Electricity Regulatory Commission (General Conditions of Distribution Licence) Regulations, 2006
(2)Notwithstanding the repeal any thing done or any action taken or purported to have been done or taken under the repealed regulations, in so far as it is not inconsistent with the provisions of the Act or rules and regulations made thereunder, be deemed to have been taken under these Regulations.
