Section 11 in The Maharashtra Electricity Regulatory Commission (General Conditions of Distribution Licence) Regulations, 2006
11. Savings and Repeal.
(1)Save as provided in clause (2) below, the Maharashtra Electricity Regulatory Commission (Distribution Licence Conditions) Regulations, 2004 notified by the Commission on June 10, 2004 is hereby repealed;(2)Notwithstanding the repeal any thing done or any action taken or purported to have been done or taken under the repealed regulations, in so far as it is not inconsistent with the provisions of the Act or rules and regulations made thereunder, be deemed to have been taken under these Regulations.
