A similar petition Dr. Vikas Bhardwaj and others Vs. State of Rajasthan & others, SBCWP No.12686/2018, filed has by a detailed order passed today been dismissed.
The grounds agitated in this petition are identical to that agitated in SBCWP No.12686/2018, Dr. Vikas Bhardwaj and others Vs. State of Rajasthan & others. The aforesaid petition having been dismissed, this petition too deserves dismissal for the self same reasons.
The petition is resultantly dismissed for reasons set out in the judgment in SBCWP No.12686/2018, Dr. Vikas Bhardwaj and others Vs. State of Rajasthan & others.
