(1)The local limits of the jurisdiction of a [Civil Judge (Senior Division) and Civil Judge (Junior Division)] [Substituted by Haryana Act 16 of 1995] shall be such as the [High Court] [Substituted for the words 'Chief Court' by Punjab Act 4 of 1919, Section 2(5).] may define.[-] [Sub-section (2) and the proviso thereto were repealed by Punjab Act 9 of 1922, Section 6(3).]
