(iii)On the termination of any such transfer, farm or attachment as is referred to in sub-section (i), or on the release of any such mortgage as is referred in sub-section (ii), a headman appointed under this rule shall cease to hold office, and a new headman shall be appointed with reference to the considerations stated in rule 15.
