Section 71(1) in The Delhi School Education Rules, 1973
(1)Where the managing committee omits or fails to deposit its share of the salaries and other allowances of the employees of the school, the Administrator may authorise the Director to draw such amount from the reserve fund as would be sufficient to meet the managing committee's share of the salaries and allowances of the employees.
