Section 85(1) in Securities and Exchange Board of India (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018
(1)Before ordering an inspection or investigation under regulation 84, the Board shall give not less than ten days notice to the depository, participant, beneficial owner, issuer or its agent, as the case may be.
