Section 1 in Tripura Professions, Trades, Callings and Employments Taxation Act, 1976
1. Short title, extent, and commencement.
(1)This Act may be called the Tripura Professions, Trades, Callings and Employments Taxation Act, 1976.(2)It extends to the whole of Tripura.(3)Save as otherwise provided in this Act, it shall be deemed to have come into force on and from the 21st day of February, 1976.
