Section 20A(6) in The Sugar Development Fund Rules, 1983
(6)(a)The sugar factory shall open a separate exclusive bank account and furnish details of the same at the time of submission of the claim and the authority making such payments to the factory shall do so in such a manner that the same is deposited into this account.(b)The separate exclusive account shall be utilised by the factory to make payments of cane price dues of the sugar season for which export assistance has been announced by the Central Government and the subsequent sugar season.
