21. Annual Report.
(1)The Annual Report of Board shall be prepared by the Secretary under the direction of the Executive Committee and shall be submitted to the General Body of the Board for approval within such time as may be prescribed and the General Body of Board shall consider the same at its annual meeting.(2)The Board shall submit the annual report together with its comments, to the Government within such time as may be prescribed.
