Section 21(1) in The Jammu and Kashmir State Board of Technical Education Act, 2002
(1)The Annual Report of Board shall be prepared by the Secretary under the direction of the Executive Committee and shall be submitted to the General Body of the Board for approval within such time as may be prescribed and the General Body of Board shall consider the same at its annual meeting.
