Section 5(1) in The Rajasthan Judicial Service Rules, 2010
(1)On and from the date of commencement of these Rules, the Rajasthan Judicial Service shall stand re-constituted and re-designated into the following three cadres, namely:-(A)District Judge,(B)Senior Civil Judge, and(C)Civil Judge.
