Section 122(a) in Bihar Building and Other Construction Workers (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Rules, 2005
(a)Suitable warning, signs or notices, required for the safety to building workers carrying out the work of an excavation or tunnelling, shall be displayed or erected at conspicuous places in Hindu and in a language understood by the majority of such building workers at such excavation or tunnelling work.
