122. Warning signs and notices.
- The employer shall ensure at a construction site of a building or other construction work that-(a)Suitable warning, signs or notices, required for the safety to building workers carrying out the work of an excavation or tunnelling, shall be displayed or erected at conspicuous places in Hindu and in a language understood by the majority of such building workers at such excavation or tunnelling work.(b)Such warning signs and notices with regard, to compressed air working shall include-(i)the danger involved in such compressed air work;(ii)fire and explosion hazards;(iii)the emergency procedures for rescues from such danger or hazards.
