Section 99(1) in The Himachal Pradesh Police Act, 2007

(1)It shall be the duty of every Police Officer of the District Police and the State Police as well as any other agency concerned, to provide to the State Police Complaints Authority and the District Police Complaints Authority all information they may reasonably require to perform their duties.
