Section 6(c) in Orissa Government Vehicles (Control and Use) Rules, 1978
(c)Hire Accounts Register - Hire Accounts Register shall be maintained in respect of each vehicle in Form 'D' showing the details of the use of the vehicle for non-duty purposes. An account of non-duty journeys performed by the vehicle in each month shall be furnished to the Head of Office at the end of the month in Form 'B'
