Section 20(2) in Uttar Pradesh State Universities Act, 1973
(2)[The term of office of members mentioned in -(i)clauses (c), [(cc),] (d) and (e) of sub-section (1) shall be one year;(ii)clause (f) of sub-section (1) shall be three years; and(iii)[clause (g) or clause (h)] [Substituted by Section 6 of Uttar Pradesh Act No. 14 of 1995 (w.e.f. 25.2.1995).] of sub-section (1) shall be two years.]
