Section 22 in The Punjab Transparency and Accountability in Delivery of Public Service Act, 2018
22. Repeal and saving.
(1)The Punjab Right to Service Act, 2011 (Punjab Act No. 24 of 2011), is hereby repealed.(2)Notwithstanding such repeal, anything done or any action taken under the Act, referred to in sub-section (1) , shall be deemed to have been done or taken under the provisions of this Act.
