Section 29(cix) in Manipur International University Act, 2018
(cix)to act as trustees or managers of any property, legacy, endowment, bequest or gift for purpOses of education or research or otherwise in furtherance of the work and welfare of the University, and to invest any fun& representing such property, legacy, endowment, bequest or gift, if not immediately required, on such security as the University may deem fit;
