Section 15(ii) in Andhra Pradesh Conduct of Language Pandit Common Entrance Test for admission into Pandit Training course Rules, 2006
(ii)If the Permanent Committee is of the opinion that the conduct of LPCET-AC including the procedure adopted is neither fair nor transparent, it may after giving opportunity to the concerned, recommend to the Competent Authority to take appropriate steps to conduct reexamination. In such an event the Association of Colleges shall reimburse the expenditure incurred in that regard as directed by the Competent Authority.
