Section 2(r) in Ras Bihari Bose Subharti University Act, 2016
(r)"Trust" means Dr. Jagat Narain Subharti Charitable established on 12.08.2002 by the name of Sri Sri 1008 Narayan Swami Charitable Trust and the new name 'Dr. Jagat Narain Subharti Charitable', given vide amended and corrected Trust Deed dated 15.09.2011 which was registered at the office of the Sub Registrar Vikas Nagar, Dehradun on 15.09.2011. Therefore, all the properties registered under the name of Sri Sri 1008 Narayan Swami Charitable Trust comes under the ownership of Dr. Jagat Narain Subharti Charitable Trust;
