Section 176(b) in Tamil Nadu Co-operative Societies Rules, 1988
(b)"default" includes failure to plant or ratoon sugarcane or to register and supply sugarcane to the sugar mill from the area so planted or ratooned within the period specified in the bye-laws or to keep any other obligation for the fulfilment of which a time limit has been specified in the bye-laws;
