(1)to conduct the examination of madrasas, and in particular-(a)to fix the places, dates and times of the examinations;(b)to select examiners;(c)to moderate the question papers;(d)to receive the reports of the examiners;(e)to publish the results of the examination in the Bihar Gazette and to communicate the same to Government;(f)to issue diplomas, which are signed by the President and Secretary;
