(2)The regulations may provide for,-(a)the recruitment procedure both for teaching and non- teaching posts;(b)the conduct of University employees and disciplinary procedure to be followed in case of misconduct and other lapses in the discharge of their duties;(c)giving of notice to the members of each authority of the dates of meetings;(d)the procedure to be followed at the meetings; and(e)all matters concerning such authority not provided for under this Act, the statutes or the ordinances made thereunder.
