Section 45(1)(ii) in The Inter-State Migrant Workmen (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Orissa Rules, 1980

(ii)in case he is unaccompanied by any other member of his family, a suitable barrack so as to accommodate not more than ten such migrant workman, having a floor area of not less than 6.5 square metres for each such migrant workman making use of the barrack, a verandah and adequate additional covered space for cooking food as well as one common sanitary latrine and one common bathroom for every such migrant workmen.
