Section 1(2)(iii) in The Coimbatore Corporation Services (Discipline and Appeal) Rules, 1986

(iii)every member of the service appointed to any of the categories in Class I to IV under rule 9 of the General Rules except to the extent otherwise expressly provided in the contract or agreement subsisting between such member and the Corporation.
