Section 2(1) in Kerala Recognition of Trade Unions Rules, 2011
(1)In these rules, unless the context otherwise requires,-(a)"Act" means the Kerala Recognition of Trade Unions Act, 2010 (16 of 2010);(b)"Day" means the period of twenty four hours beginning at midnight;(c)"Form" means a Form appended to these rules;(d)"Returning Officer" means an officer appointed by the Registrar for the conduct of election and includes Additional Returning Officers appointed by the Registrar;(e)"Section" means a section of the Act.
