Section 10 in Guru Angad Dev Veterinary and Animal Sciences University Act, 2005
10. Chancellor.
(1)The Governor of the State of Punjab shall be the Chancellor.(2)The Chancellor shall be the Head of the University and shall, when present, preside at convocation of the University.(3)The Chancellor shall have such other powers, as are specified in this Act or as may be prescribed.
