Section 65(1) in The Goa, Daman and Diu School Education Rules, 1986
(1)Applications for grant for the purchase of furniture, equipments, appliances and games and sports materials shall be submitted in the Form to be prescribed by the Director of Education, to the Director of Education by the 1st day of September of the financial year, preceding that in which the grant, if approved, is to be paid, and a detailed list, with the cost of each item shall be invariably furnished with each application.
