65. Application for grant of furniture, etc.
(1)Applications for grant for the purchase of furniture, equipments, appliances and games and sports materials shall be submitted in the Form to be prescribed by the Director of Education, to the Director of Education by the 1st day of September of the financial year, preceding that in which the grant, if approved, is to be paid, and a detailed list, with the cost of each item shall be invariably furnished with each application.(2)The decision of the Director shall be communicated to the managing committee of the school by the 31st day of December of the year in which the application is made.
