Section 27(3)(b) in Chhattisgarh Private Universities (Establishment and Operation) Rules, 2005

(b)the Sponsoring Body has Resolved to establish a Private University by name of............................and to deposit Rs...................(Rupees..................................) as Endowment Fund and to follow in this connection all provisions made in the Chhattisgarh Private Universities (Establishment and Operation) Act, 2005 (No. 13 of 2005) and such other rules as the State Government may make in this behalf, and has also Resolved to follow the instructions that will be issued by the Chhattisgarh Private Universities Regulatory Commission, from time to time. (Attach a copy of the Resolution as Annexure).
