27. Repeal and Savings.

- The Chhattisgarh Niji Kshetra Vishwavidyalaya Rules, 2004 and orders, resolutions, if any, in force immediately before the commencement of this Rule, are hereby repealed and rescinded as the case may be :Provided that any order made or action taken under these rules so repealed shall be deemed to have been made or taken under the corresponding provision of these rules.Annexure AApplication Format for Establishment of a Private University in the State of Chhattisgarh[Under the Provisions given in Section 4 of the Chhattisgarh Private Universities (Establishment and Operation) Act, 2005]

Explanatory note for submitting application for establishment of a Private University
(1)Before applying for establishment of a University in the State of Chhattisgarh in Private Sector, please read carefully the provisions made in the Chhattisgarh Private Universities (Establishment and Operation) Act, 2005 (No. 13 of 2005).
(2)the Act and the Rules can be obtained in person from the Office of the Chhattisgarh Private Universities Regulatory Commission, 29/776, Plot No. 5, Block No. 3, Opp. Ram Mandir, Shanlinagar, Madhu Pillai Chowk, Raipur - 492 007 by producing a crossed Account Payee Dralt for Rs. 500/- or by post by sending a crossed Account Payee Draft for Rs. 550/- in the name of the "Chhattisgarh Private Universities Regulatory Commission" payable in Raipur.
(3)The Sponsoring Body or its Representative can seek guidance with regard to the establishment of the University from the Regulatory Commission.
