54. Repeal and Savings.
(1)The Rajasthan Land Development Corporation Ordinance, 1974 (Rajasthan Ordinance No. 20 of 1974) is hereby repealed.(2)Notwithstanding such repeal, all things done or action taken under the Ordinance so repealed shall be deemed to have been done or taken under the corresponding provisions of this Act as if this Act had come into force on the 21st day of September, 1974.
