Section 103(1) in Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Technological University Act, 2014
(1)With effect from the appointed day,-(i)the Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Technological University Act, 1989 (Mah. XXII of 1989) shall stand repealed.(ii)the existing committees and officers of the existing University shall be deemed to have vacated their offices.
