- In these rules, unless the context indicates otherwise-(a)"Chairman" means the Chairman of the Managing Committee of the Gandhi Pathagar;(b)"Committee" means the Managing Committee of the Gandhi Pathaghar;(c)"Executive Board" means the Executive Board of the Managing Committee of the Gandhi Pathagar;(d)"Member-Convenor" means the Member-Convenor of the Managing Committee of the Gandhi Pathagar;(e)"Member-Director" means the Member-Director of the Managing Committee of the Gandhi Pathagar; and(f)"Vice-Chairman" means the Vice-Chairman of the Managing Committee of the Gandhi Pathagar.
