Section 61(1) in Tamil Nadu Dr. M.G.R. Medical University (Chennai) Act, 1987
(1)The Librarian shall be a whole-time officer of the University appointed by the Governing Council on the recommendation of the Selection Committee constituted for the purpose, for such period and such terms and conditions as may be prescribed.
