61. Librarian.
(1)The Librarian shall be a whole-time officer of the University appointed by the Governing Council on the recommendation of the Selection Committee constituted for the purpose, for such period and such terms and conditions as may be prescribed.(2)The Librarian shall exercise such powers and perform such duties as may be assigned to him by the Governing Council.
