Section 39(1) in Punjab Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Rules, 2014
(1)Every institution shall have a daily routine for the juveniles or children development in consultation with the Child welfare Committees, which shall be prominently displayed at various places within the institution and on the conspicuous parts of the building or institution.
