(7)Every commission agent shall prepare a receipt in quadruplicate in the prescribed form applied by the Market Committee on payment. The original receipt shall be given to the seller at the time of payment of sale proceeds, the duplicate shall be submitted to the Committee the following , day, triplicate shall be given to the buyer and fourth copy shall be retained by the commission agent for his record. Where no commission agent is engaged, the buyer shall prepare the receipt in triplicate and shall distribute the same as above.General
