Section 2(c) in The Industrial Development Bank Of India General Regulations, 1994
(c)"member "means a member of Executive Committee constituted under sub-section (1) of section 7 of the Act, or as the case may be, any other committee constituted under sub-section (3) of section 7 of the Act;
