29. Manner of Payment of Compensation.
(1)All payments of compensation shall be made by the Licensee to the affected consumer by adjusting electricity bills within 90 (ninety) days considering the likely amount of the bill of where the person to be compensated is not a consumer or ceases to be a consumer the compensation shall be paid by the Licensee to the affected consumer by cash/cheque/demand draft.
