(3)Service Reliability. - The points where electric power is supplied from transmission system to the Users (Distribution Licencees, another transmission system, EHV consumers) are called delivery point or grid supply points. Outage at these points, directly affects the Users of the Grid. The reliability level at the delivery points is therefore an indication of quality of service provided by Licencee to its Users.System reliability of the Grid is expressed in terms of• (System Average Interruption Frequency Index (SAIEI)• (System Average Interruption Duration Index (SAIDI)
