70. Financial assistance by State Government.
(1)The State Government may give grants or financial assistance to the Corporation with or without direction as to the manner of application of such grants or financial assistance.(2)The State Government may also lay down the pattern of distribution of such grants or financial assistance and the conditions of release of the grants for the purpose of such distribution.(3)The State Government shall give grants to the Corporation for implementation in full or in part of any scheme included in the Annual Development Plan.
